Admission Information

Qualifications

1 Those who have completed at least 12 years of secondary school education or an equivalent course.
2 Those who have completed a secondary education course (high school level) that qualifies for admission to a university, etc. in their home country.
3 Applicants must have the certificate of Japanese study course over 150 hours (acquisition of a JLPT N5 level or equivalent) before applying for the Certificate of Eligibility.
4 Those who can accommodate the expenses of living in Japan, including school fees, who have a financial guarantor who can bear the costs.

 

Application Period

For the April batch (Japanese Language 2-Year Course), it should be within August-October of
the previous year.
For the October batch (Japanese Language 18-month Course), it should be within February-April
of the previous year.

 

Selection

Among those selected through document screening and interviews with the applicant person and the expense supporter, those who have been issued a Certificate of Eligibility will be enrolled.

 


From application to entering Japan

 

Withdrawal of admission after payment of tuition fees

・Tuition fees other than the examination fee will be refunded according to the time of withdrawal from admission.
・As a rule, no tuition fees will be refunded after entering Japan.

Please attach a Japanese translation.
The certificate must be issued within 3 months from the time of application for COE.

1.Documents submitted by the applicant

Diploma (Original) (Translation must be attached) The Certificate of Graduation from the applicant’s previous school (Translation must be attached)
If you are still in school, a certificate of expected graduation with the date of expected graduation
Transcript (Original) from the applicant’s last school Transcripts for all grades of the final school
Certificate of employment (original) Certificate of employment in the case of office workers, etc.
In the case of self-employed or company management, a copy of the original certified business permit or the original of the registration certificate.
Documents certifying Japanese ability

a, Certificate of tests for Japanese language proficiency designated by the Immigration Bureau of Japan that show that you have passed the Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) N5 or higher.

b, Japanese language learning history certificate proof of ① and ②
① Have more than 150 hours of study experience at a Japanese language institution in your home country or Japan
②Must have reached the level equivalent to the Japanese Language Proficiency Test N5

2.Documents submitted by the expense supporter
 a. When the expense supporter is outside Japan

Letter of Agreement Regarding Payment Application form (designated by the school)
Identification papers Resident’s card, family register certificate, ID card, copy of passport, etc.
Proof of the relationship between the expense supporter and the applicant (original) Documents issued by a public institution certifying the relative relationship with the applicant, a copy of the family register, resident’s card, etc.
Certificate of employment (original) Certificate of employment in the case of office workers, etc.
In the case of self-employed or company management, a copy of the original certified business permit or the original of the registration certificate.
Salary payment certificate (original) Issued by your employer and showing the total annual salary paid.
Income certificate (original) For the past 3 years
Tax payment certificate (original) For the past 3 years
Deposit balance certificate (original) If you have multiple deposits, submit multiple
Copy of deposit / withdrawal statement or passbook For the past 3 years, including the page with name of account holder and account number
If you have multiple passbooks, submit multiple

 b.If the expense supporter is in Japan

Application to Admission Flow

Students who have been issued a Certificate of Eligibility are required to pay the entrance fee, tuition and other tuition fees for the first year after notification from the school.
After confirming payment, we will send you an admission letter and a certificate of eligibility.
Please apply for a visa at the Embassy of Japan (Consulate General) and come to Japan after obtaining the visa. Our school staff will welcome you.
As a rule, the paid tuition fees will not be returned. However, if the visa is not issued, the admission fee and tuition fee will be refunded.

Scholarship award system
Scholarship Student: Exemption or reduction of the second-year tuition fee for students who have outstanding grades and are model students.
Excellence Award: Students with excellent grades, good learning attitude, and model students are selected and commended and rewarded.
Perfect attendance award: A reward will be paid to students who are not late or absent (attendance rate 100%).
